PET REQUIREMENTS
AGE/VACCINE REQUIREMENTS:
All dogs must be at least 15 weeks old and have completed at least 4 puppy vaccines. All dogs (including puppies) must be up to date on the following vaccinations: DAPP, Rabies, and Bordetella. Bordetella must be given every 6 months. Vaccines must be administered at least two weeks before boarding. Proof of vaccines is required for your dog to stay at The Lodge.
FLEA & TICK TREATMENTS:
During the warmer months, we kindly request that all dogs be treated for fleas/ticks. If a dog is found to have either fleas or ticks, The Lodge will call the owner to discuss a treatment plan for an additional charge.
